Not eligible: size issues (if correctly sent), dislike, or mind change.

We do! For approved return/exchange requests, we’ll arrange reverse pickup at no extra cost.

🚚 Note:
If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you’ll need to self-ship the product.
Once product is received on our end after inspection , we will reimburse you with ₹100 toward shipping costs.

Yes, but only for items of the same price. If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it’s less, the exchange won’t be processed.

You can opt for:

• A replacement (dispatched in 3–5 days)

• A refund to your original payment method (within 5–7 business days)

Refunds for COD orders are done via UPI or bank transfer after inspection. You’ll need to share valid details.

Contact us within 48 hours with a clear unboxing video and images. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

If a package goes missing, we’ll coordinate with the courier and resolve it. Replacements or refunds will be provided accordingly.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address or unavailability:
