📹 Unboxing Video (Mandatory)
A clear, uncut unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package is required for all return/exchange/refund requests. Requests without video proof cannot be accepted.

🚚 Return Shipping
If SWANKYSS arranges pickup: a flat ₹99 will be deducted from your refund to partially cover logistics costs.
If you self-ship: no deduction will apply (you are already bearing the courier cost). Refunds/exchanges will be processed after successful inspection.

🔁 Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for items of the same value only.
Combo packs must be returned/exchanged in full — partial returns are not accepted.
Exchanges are not available on discounted items.
💸 Refunds
Prepaid Orders: Refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
COD Orders: Refund via UPI or bank transfer after inspection. Valid details must be shared. No cash refunds.
📦 Damaged or Missing Orders
For damaged/incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and your unboxing video.
For missing shipments, we will coordinate with the courier and issue a replacement or full refund as applicable.
❌ Undeliverable Packages
If returned due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, you can choose:
— Pay the ₹99 re-shipping fee for a second delivery attempt, or
— Request a refund (excluding any original shipping fee, if applicable).
