All payments must be authorized before shipment. Accepted payment methods include:

🚚 Delivery

• Dispatch Time: 1–3 working days
• Delivery Time: 5–7 working days post-dispatch (may vary based on location/courier)
• Express Delivery: 2–4 days (if available and selected)

🔄 Returns & Refunds

We aim to deliver satisfaction, but if needed, we’ll help make it right.

🕒 Return Window

Raise return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.

📹 Unboxing Video (Mandatory)

An uncut, clear unboxing video is required for all return/exchange requests. Without it, your request will not be accepted.

• Wrong product or color sent
• Manufacturing defect or damage

❌ Non-Eligible Reasons

• Size issues (if the correct item was sent)
• Personal dislike/change of mind
• Orders placed without referring to the size guide

🚚 Return Shipping

We cover return/exchange shipping. Reverse pickup will be arranged at no extra cost for approved cases.

🔁 Exchange Policy

Exchanges allowed for items of the same price only.

• If the new item is costlier, pay the difference
• If cheaper, the request will not be processed

This policy applies to both full-price .

For sale items, no return, refund, or exchange will be allowed .

💸 Refunds

• Replacement of the same item (dispatched within 3–5 business days)
• Full refund to the original payment method (within 5–7 business days)

💵 COD Order Refunds

Refunds for COD orders are processed via UPI or bank transfer after inspection. Valid details must be shared. No cash refunds will be issued.

📦 Damaged or Missing Orders

For damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images and the unboxing video.
For missing shipments, we’ll coordinate with the courier and issue a refund or replacement accordingly.

🚫 Undeliverable Packages

If returned due to incorrect address or unavailability, you can:

• Pay for re-shipping
• Request a refund (excluding original shipping charges)
